The game freezes when I hit the trash icon

While I love the game, I dont love the way that the menu works. When I try to tap the "i" or "?" Button, the game freezes and I have to turn the game off and turn it back on, so I cant ever look at the menu or help section.

I used to play this all the time, but have basically given up due to the fact that every time I go to play it it freezes and I cant move anything. It gets very annoying having to constantly exit and reenter the game and on some occasions redownload it completely. I would love to download the premium version as my uncle has it and loves it, but it isnt available in the U.S. anymore :(

I LOVE this game and used to play it awhile back! I recently re-downloaded it and keep experiencing the same glitch. When I try to add more elements (+) or use any of the 4 bottom buttons the whole game stops working. I have to completely close the app and keep trying until it lets me... If there is a way to fix this please please do so! I am a very big fan. Great game!

Currently, every time I click the trash, !, or ? Button, my game locks up and no longer responds to touch. Completely unplayable like this.

iPhone 6+ iOS 9 App freezes when you click the bottom buttons other than the "add element" button

Ive had this game since my iPhone 4s. Doesnt seem to work now that I have my iPhone 6s Plus. Please crest update for this phone.

I like this game a lot however in the 1st 8 hours it keep frozen more than 10 times and its a pain in the butt. Please fix it.

This is a awesome game but I really want the premium version for all Apple phones/iPod and iPads.Also there is supposed to be 390 combinations but on the phone there is 380,same goes to the kindle fire.Other than this this game is great.

I have been playing this game for a couple of years. Just downloaded on my new iPad. Several features are missing and now that I have taken the time to read the reviews, it seems that the developer is not interested in addressing the problems. My game continually freezes, I have lost the ability to alphabetize elements, the elements exceed the screen size, and it does not allow me to scroll, can no longer delete all elements at once, and cant use the information icon. Very frustrating. I give up.

I started playing with this app to kill time. I got sad when I noticed that every time I click the question and exclamation mark the game freezes and I have to close out of it. Also, when I try adding another element from my list it freezes. Although i would like to find all the different combinations, I think the freezing is going to make me uninstall before I actually do. I like the app aside from those issues.

I had this game years ago on my iPod touch 3, and just downloaded it again when I was adding apps back on to my iPhone 6s. There is absolutely no support for iOS 9 or the iPhone 6s. The app is constantly crashing and wont let me clear the entire board at one time. I realise you have probably forgotten this app as it hasnt been updated in 4+ years, but please consider reviewing this game so we can all enjoy it again.

Constant freezing!! Killing this game! And make a delete all button ( unless there is one and I just dont know about it )

I really enjoy this game, but it needs work. It freezes when I try to add elements. There needs to be an option to alphabetize the created elements. There needs to be an option to not recreate already created elements. Please fix these issues.

Dear Andrey This is the best alchemy app on the App Store. Its the only one thats not confusing or messy. It has the drag and drop combining that so many people love. However the game doesnt fit my screen completely (iPhone 5 iOS 9.1), and every time I press the button to clear all elements from my screen the game freezes forcing me to clear the games history. It would be great if you could include a feature to search for elements as well. Despite the two bugs this is one of my favorite apps on the App Store. Thanks

Several that I know are possible, do not work. It freezes. It crashes.

Every time I wish to look up combinations using the ? The game freezes forcing me to log out completely the log back on. Ive not experience a complete wipe of info, so alls good for now. The only icons Ive been able to use flawlessly is the trash can and the item retriever..(+).

Every time I try to click on the ? Or i, it freezes and I cant do anything.
